Kylie’s International Blog Highlights April 2023: Stampin’ Up! Like An Animal: Triangle Foldout
Here’s the front of the card with everything tucked and folded flat for the envelope. You can see that you need to carefully decide how the small card fits into the triangular pocket before determining where to adhere the lettering.
Hopefully this partially open view encourages you to get the scoop on how to make this fun triangle foldout card below!

Instructions:
- After scoring the cardbase, cut the right end diagonally from the top of the 6 3/4″ scoreline down to the bottom right of the base at 11″, cutting off the triangle you’ll use inside the card on the opposite side.
- Pay attention when you’re cutting the DSP pieces so each diagonal features the side of the DSP you want to show! (Determine top right to bottom left or vice versa.)
- Adhere DSP pieces flat to all sections of main card base.
- Adhere foam adhesive sheet to Espresso piece before diecutting GO WILD out of it.
- You may need to trim down the leftover diagonal Espresso triangle a bit before adhering its left and bottom sides to the Espresso cardbase with Tear & Tape.
- Texture Sahara Sand card.
- Adhere ribbon loop to Sahara card before adhering DSP and gold strip on outside and DSP inside.
- Stamp inside of Sahara card, add DSP strip and adhere to Sahara card.
- Tuck Sahara card into Espresso triangle on the card base.
- Audition your foam letters to determine the best position before sticking them to the Sahara card and main cardbase.

I’m totally amazed at your card Kelley. There’s so much to take note of and I love that little Sahara Sand card at the end.
Monica,
Thanks so much! I had to come up with a little place to write on the card, so that was it! You could also tape a gift card inside that little card within a card.
What a cute card, Kelly! And a great way to show off the DSP!
Thanks, Kim! Yes, this fold would be great for showcasing all kinds of DSP.
Love your card and this fold!
Melva, Thanks so much. I had a “storebought” sample of the fold. I figured out all the Cardstock/DSP sizes, etc. and added the little card inside.
Love this great fun fold!
Maheswari, Thanks so much. I plan to try this fold with other DSP also.
