- We are a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from around the world who are taking part in a training program to help us to build a successful Stampin’ Up!® business and reach some goals we have set.
- We really appreciate your support.
- My customers placing orders this month will receive a card like the following as a Thank You!
Both sides of this DSP sheet coordinate so well together…as this design showcases.
- Stampin’ Up!®’s incredibly beautiful Fine Art Floral Suite features Designer Series Paper (DSP) showcasing photos of original paintings that were created by a Stampin’ Up!® artist!
- How exciting for the artist to see her art come to life on thousands of handmade cards!
Closed, standing halfway open or fully open, this card screams bright, cheery and “artsy.”
- I diecut one of the Poppy Parade floral images from the DSP sheet and then fussy cut around it slightly.
- To give it more of a “mixed media” feel, I cut out some of the quatrefoils from the Golden Garden acetate and added some Gilded Gems.
- (I see now that the gem fell off the quatrefoil on the right and I didn’t realize it when I photographed it…but I don’t have time to change it before the deadline.)
When folded, this fun fold fits in a standard (US) envelope.
You’ll find more of my cardmaking details underneath the following Blog Hop list.

Full Blog Hop List:
Measurements:
- Fine Art Floral DSP 5 1/2″ x 12″, scored at 2″, 4″, 8″, 10″, then cut from top of 4″ score down to mark made 2 3/4″ up from bottom of left side of paper, then cut from top of 8″ score down to mark made 2 3/4″ up from bottom on the right side of the paper.
- Poppy Parade cardstock (CS) – 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Basic White CS – 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″, plus scrap for diecut greeting
- Bumblebee CS – 3 1/2″ x 2″ish scrap for diecut
- Mossy Meadow CS – scraps for leaf diecuts
- Golden Garden Designer Series Acetate (DSA) – quatrefoil scraps to diecut
Instructions:
- After cutting and scoring DSP as detailed in the Measurements section, fold Mountain, Valley, Valley, Mountain per photo.
- Attach the cut off triangles to the bottom of the card per photo with liquid glue, beginning with the section lined up on each end, fold that corner section inward and then glue the inner portion of the triangle. (You need some wiggle room to make sure you can fold your card, so don’t glue it while the card is flat. You’ll have a little pucker at the score, but that’s better than not being able to fold the card.)
- Color the smallest flower leaf stamp with Bumblebee, Poppy Parade and Mossy Meadow markers (or do on the Stamparatus and use ink pads one at a time, cleaning stamp in between…tricky but probably possible.)
- Diecut Stitched Label dies and texture emboss the Bumblebee one.
- Stamp greeting in Mossy Meadow on the White label.
- Stamp leaves in Mossy on the Mossy CS and diecut out. I cut off the upper stem and cut the large leaves apart.
- For the small leaf, I just stamped and diecut the small leaf portion of the medium size flower/leaf stamp & die.
- Diecut and/or fussy cut a Poppy Parade flower from the DSP.
- Add fussycut quatrefoils and Gilded Gems or other embellishments as desired.
- Instructions will be provided in a PDF form to those who participate in my in-person or online class.
- (I’ll also send FREE PDF instructions to demos from the Demonstrator Training Program who request them.)
- After the Fine Art Floral Suite retires you can make a similar card using other DSP and cardstock that is available when you shop anytime in my online store.
- Feel free to contact me today for your creativity boost.
- Check my calendar at CreateWithKelley.com to find out more about upcoming in-person, online and kit classes.
- Fun times ahead!
